We are aware that Baitulmuqaddis has always been a contention among Israel, Christians and Islam with numerous changes of domination as each claim they have the right to Baitulmuqaddis.
As such to determine who has the right on Baitulmuqaddis it cannot be done using man-made international laws for this is a religious issue. It must be solved using Allah SWT laws and regulations.
Rightfully Islamic leaders and scholars must invite the Rabbi of Israel, the Christian’s Pope to sit together with the presence of the leaders of Israel, America and OIC to determine who has the ultimate right on Baitulmuqaddis once and for all so that there will be no more dispute until the Doomsday
Let the Rabbis of Israel bring the Torah, the Christian’s Pope bringing the Gospel and Islamic Scholars bring the Holy Quran to settle this dispute using the laws contained in the Torah, Gospel and Al-Quran.
If there is no definite agreement to determine who has the ultimate right on Baitulmuqaddis during this negotiation, then the final way for us Muslims is through Jihad, not through any other ways such as street demonstration or boycotting Israeli and American goods.
Islam itself is a religion of peace and love of peace. Warfare is an exception because the first step in solving the problem is through peace talks. If there is no solution, only then we shall use the exception that is fighting in the path of Allah swt.
In Chapter Baqarah, verse 193:
وَقَاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لاَ تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ لِلَّهِ ۖ فَإِنِ انتَهَوْا فَلاَ عُدْوَانَ إِلاَّ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ
“Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah . But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.
The meaning of“Fitnah” in the above verse includes oppression, injustice, and prosecution over Islamic states and Muslims.
If we desire Allah’s help and assistance in solving any problems, especially on Baitulmuqaddis, we must solve it through the means shown by the Prophet pbuh and his Companions.
