We begin this letter IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, THE MOST GRACIOUS AND THE MOST MERCIFUL, PEACE AND BLESSINGS BE UPON THE HOLY PROPHET SAW WHO WAS SENT AS A MERCY FOR THE ENTIRE WORLDS AND UPON THE FAMILY AND THE COMPANIONS OF THE PROPHET RA.
For the salvation of mankind in this world and in the Hereafter, we have sent a Pamphlet dated 13 March 2017 entitled:
PENYERAHAN TAMPUK PEMERINTAHAN NEGARA MALAYSIA SERTA PEMBENTUKAN NEGARA "BALDATUN TOYYIBATUN"
OR
“THE RELINQUISHING OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF MALAYSIA AND THE FORMATION OF "BALDATUN TOYYIBATUN NATION wherein its contents were as follows:
1. Islamic Laws and Regulations based on the teachings of Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah (ASWJ) shall be the constitution of all Islamic countries beginning with this beloved nation.
2. ALLAH SWT’s threats to those who turn their backs on His Laws and Regulations as mentioned in Chapter An- Nisa verse 105, Chapter Al-Baqarah verse 85 and Chapter Al-Maidah verse 50 and verse 44.
3. The democratic system brings destruction.
4. THE Holy Prophet SAW had appointed The Honorable Grand Sheikh Tuan Guru (YMTG) RA during the Hajj season of 1950 in Madinatul Munawwarah to bring mankind back to ALLAH SWT guided by the Holy Qur'an and also As-sunnah.
5. In accomplishing this mission, ALLAH SWT has bequeathed this beloved country to YMTG RA as the location for the dakwah’s inception to the whole world.
6. Relinquishing this beloved country and the reins of government to us as the heir to the mission of YMTG RA.
7. Requesting the then Prime Minister to either hand over this beloved country and the reins of government to us peacefully and without force or ALLAH SWT will place us in Putrajaya where at that time no one can stop us for it is Allah SWT who they will face and not us.
8. We invite Muslims together to join forces in accomplishing this mission.
Copies of the Pamphlets were also delivered to:
1. The Yang Dipertuan Agung and the Malay Rulers.
2. The Leaders of the country.
3. The Muftis and the religious scholars, especially Teachers of ‘Sekolah Pondok’ and the Sheikhs of Tarekat.
4. Head of Security.
5. The leaders of all political parties, both the Government and the Opposition.
6. Muslims NGOs.
Regrettably, our Pamphlet has been ignored and not responded to, particularly by the scholars. We believe it was possible that they did not receive the pamphlet which prompted us to send acknowledgement letters to confirm whether or not they had received the Pamphlet. Nonetheless again, they remained unresponsive.
Allah SWT has posed a threat in Chapter As-Sajadah verse 22:
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن ذُكِّرَ بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِ ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا ۚ إِنَّا مِنَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ
" And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord; then he turns away from them? Indeed We, from the criminals, will take retribution. "
As such observe what has become of the leaders and scholars after the 14th General Election until today. Clearly after the 14th General Election it is evident that the democratic system has caused destruction as stated in our Pamphlet.
For the salvation of mankind in this world and the Hereafter, the time has come for us to invite Leaders, Scholars and all the frontliners of the nation and everyone from all walks of life to cooperate and join forces for the successful formation of "BALDATUN TOYYIBATUN" based on the constitution of the Holy Quran and As-Sunnah in line with teaching of ASWJ.
Hopefully together we can make this happen and hopefully the whole of mankind will be safe in this world and in the Next World.
Allah SWT said in Chapter Az Zumar verse 54:
وَأَنِيبُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ وَأَسۡلِمُواْ لَهُۥ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَكُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ
And return to your Lord and submit to Him before the punishment comes to you, then you will not be helped.
